Το 2016, ο Ρώσος πρόεδρος Βλαντιμίρ Πούτιν δημιούργησε την εθνοφυλακή, αποστολή της οποίας είναι να διασφαλίζει τη δημόσια τάξη, στον αγώνα ενάντια στην τρομοκρατία και τους εξτρεμιστές. Στην ουσία, αυτή η οργάνωση υπόκειται στον Πούτιν και ασχολείται με την καταπίεση όσων διαφωνούν με τη διακυβέρνησή του. Καταλήξαμε σε ένα κλειστό σχολείο ως φωτογράφοι και προσπαθήσαμε να κινηματογραφήσουμε όχι μόνο τα πρόσωπά τους, αλλά και τι γίνεται πίσω από αυτή. Η ταινία έχει δημιουργηθεί με αποσπάσματα φράσεων, παρατηρήσεων και προσώπων.
In 2016,
Russian President Vladimir Putin created the national guards, whose legal task
is to ensure public order, the fight against terrorism and extremism. In fact,
this organisation is personally subordinate to Putin and is engaged in the
suppression of those who disagree with his regime.
We ended up in a closed school as photographers and tried to capture not only the
faces of the guys, but also what was happening in the background. The film was
created from fragments of phrases, observations and faces.
